Triskell Bakery’s 1st Farmers Market of 2025

Well, that was a successful first Farmers Market of the year on Jan 25th at Boyert’s Greenhouse and Farm.

It was good to see all of you. My son Andrew helped me prep, setup and sell at the market.

And we sold out in about 45-50 minutes.

A few learning from yesterday’s event:

– PLEASE bring change (I had lots of dollar bills when we started, but still ran out).

– I will bring a few jars of my sourdough starter as a few of you asked for it.

– My sweet dinner rolls (pretty much a brioche bread) is very popular since I made it for the “Promise of Christmas” event a couple of weeks ago. It will become a regular staple item.

– A few of you have asked for Cinnamon Bread, so I think I will try and add it from time to time from now on.

– I also look for some of your feedback on the Kouign Amanns I offered for the first time.

See you again on Feb 8th 2025 again at Boyert’s.
